Website use and insurance information

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with website security, or misuse others’ information. Website descriptions are general information, not a policy, binder, or guarantee of coverage. Submitting a form does not bind, change, cancel, or extend insurance. Coverage, eligibility, pricing, and policy changes are subject to carrier approval and the applicable policy documents.

SMS program and voluntary consent

The South Texas Truckers Insurance SMS program may include non-marketing messages about insurance inquiries, quotes, appointments, and policy service requests. Marketing messages, such as insurance offers and promotions, require a separate marketing opt-in. Texts may be sent using automated technology.

You opt in only by actively checking the applicable SMS consent box and submitting a form with your mobile number. The boxes are optional and are not preselected. Consent to one category does not constitute consent to the other. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining a quote or service. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. You must be authorized to consent for the number provided.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Message frequency varies depending on your requests and the messages you choose to receive. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your mobile provider for details. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of the agency’s SMS program. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out; no further SMS will be sent unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact ftrevino@stxtruckersins.com or (956) 309-6874. You can also withdraw consent by contacting the agency. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us so we can update our records.

Mobile information and privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process data only to support delivery on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Availability and limitations

We strive to provide accurate information and reliable access, but the website may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of general website content. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Do not rely on website forms or text messages to report an emergency or to confirm that coverage has been changed.

Changes and contact

Updates to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Updates do not create or expand your SMS consent; new consent is required when applicable.
